  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces of egg noodles
  • 1 can (15 ounces) of tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Mix gently using your hands.
  • Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Pop the meatballs into the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until they’re browned and cooked through.
  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, combine the tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
  • Once the meatballs are done baking, gently place them into the sauce. Let them simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Toss in the cooked egg noodles into the skillet with the meatballs and sauce, stirring gently to coat the noodles evenly.
