1 block (about 200g) of feta cheese
300g (about 10.5 oz) of pasta (penne or fusilli)
400g (14 oz) of cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
A handful of fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, and olive oil. Toss them together until well coated.
