  • 2 cups of fresh blackberries
  • 1 package (3 oz) of blackberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 cup of cold water

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Press the pretzel mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  • While the crust cools, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar until combined. Then fold in the whipped topping until fluffy.
  • Once the crust is completely cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
  • In a separate bowl, dissolve the blackberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Add the cold water and mix.
  • Gently fold in the fresh blackberries. Pour this mixture over the cream layer.
  • Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) for the flavors to meld.
