1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb of salmon fillet
2 tablespoons of butter
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Season the shrimp and salmon fillet with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down and sear for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Step 3: Remove the salmon and in the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute, then add the shrimp and sauté for 3-4 minutes until pink.
Step 4: Pour in the heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, and cook until the sauce thickens slightly (3-4 minutes).
Step 5: Add the shrimp back into the sauce, place the salmon on top, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
