2 lbs of chicken thighs
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of brown sugar
6 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of ginger, grated

2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve marinade) and sear for about 5-6 minutes on each side until browned.
Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet, scraping browned bits from the bottom. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
Remove chicken, let it rest, slice, and drizzle with sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve over steamed rice or noodles.
