1 cucumber, diced

2 tablespoons of olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh basil, for garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
