8 oz of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of dried cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup of pecans, chopped
2 tablespoons of green onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Pinch of salt
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar. Use a hand mixer or a fork to mix until it’s well combined and creamy.
Fold in the chopped dried cranberries, pecans, green onions, garlic powder, and salt.
Use your clean hands to form the mixture into a ball.
Place the cheese ball in the center of a large piece of plastic wrap, wrap it up tightly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Mix the remaining chopped pecans and cranberries on a plate, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it until it's fully coated.
Position your cheese ball on a serving platter and serve.
