Indulge in a rich combo of cream cheese, cinnamon rolls, and French toast in this deliciously easy bake. A breakfast treat you can’t miss!
2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing included)
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional: Chopped pecans or walnuts for extra crunch
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Open the cinnamon roll cans and cut each roll into quarters.
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Scatter half of the broken cinnamon rolls in the greased baking dish. Dollop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top.
Top with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces and pour the egg mixture evenly over everything, pressing gently.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
While warm, drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll can over the top.
