  • 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing included)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: Chopped pecans or walnuts for extra crunch

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Open the cinnamon roll cans and cut each roll into quarters.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  • Scatter half of the broken cinnamon rolls in the greased baking dish. Dollop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top.
  • Top with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces and pour the egg mixture evenly over everything, pressing gently.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • While warm, drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll can over the top.
