1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place your flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly across the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top in a pretty pattern.
Lightly drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
Sprinkle the torn basil leaves over the top after removing from the oven.
