4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of heavy cream

Instructions
Rinse the baby potatoes under cold water, scrubbing any dirt off the skin. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
Place the baby potatoes in a large pot and cover them with cold water. Add a generous pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until fork-tender.
Drain the potatoes in a colander and let them cool for a few minutes.
