225 grams of spaghetti or your favorite pasta
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
4 cloves of minced garlic
2 cups of vegetable broth
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Once it’s melted and fragrant, add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until golden.
