1/2 cup, grated of Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of whole wheat or gluten-free bread crumbs
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
as needed of olive oil spray
Rinse the cod fillets under cold water to remove any excess residue. Pat dry with paper towels.
