2 cups of grated potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes, peeled)
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of Irish cheddar cheese, grated
1 large egg
1/2 cup of milk
Butter or oil for frying

Instructions
