1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with your favorite liners.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
In a separate bowl, mix the oil, vanilla extract, vinegar, mint extract, eggs, and green food coloring until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing gently. Add in the chocolate chips and fold them in.
