1 package (12 rolls) of King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
8 oz of Cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup of Sugar
2 large Eggs
1 tsp of Vanilla extract
1/4 cup (all-purpose) of Flour
1/4 cup (for drizzling) of Powdered sugar
1/2 cup (for garnish) of Fresh berries
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then blend in the flour.
Cut the King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls horizontally, placing the bottom halves in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the bottom halves of the rolls, then place the top halves on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the tops are golden and the filling has slightly set.
Allow to cool for about 15 minutes and prepare a drizzle with powdered sugar and water, drizzling it over the cooled Danish.
