1 lb chicken breast, sliced into bite-sized pieces
2 cups broccoli florets
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
In a medium bowl, toss the sliced chicken with the cornstarch, a pinch of salt, and a bit of pepper.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil. When it’s hot, add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry for an additional minute.
Add the broccoli florets to the pan and pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to coat everything.
Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Remove the lid, stir, and cook for another minute or two until the chicken is cooked through.
