2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
2 cups of fresh blueberries
2 cups of fresh raspberries
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1/3 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 package of store-bought pound cake
Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Wash all the berries and slice the strawberries into halves or quarters.
In a large bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until soft peaks form.
Layer a scoop of the cream mixture, pound cake cubes, and berries in a clear glass bowl or serving cups. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, refresh the layers with a spatula and garnish with mint leaves.
