2 cups of all-purpose flour
½ cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of granulated sugar
½ cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
½ cup of unsalted butter (1 stick)
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of mini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mix, stirring until combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
Using a cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
