  • 1 can (13.5 oz) of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Step 1: Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Step 2: Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Step 3: Add crushed tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
