  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • If using puff pastry, thaw it according to package instructions and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on each triangle.
  • Lay slices of ham on the wide end of each triangle, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  • Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle into a croissant shape and tuck the ends in.
