  • 2 cups of cauliflower florets
  • 1 lb of Italian sausage (bulk or casing removed)
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Rinse the broccoli and cauliflower, then chop them into bite-sized florets.
  • In a large skillet, heat medium-high heat and add the Italian sausage. Brown the sausage for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Once browned, remove it from the skillet and drain excess fat.
  • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add diced onion. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add in the cream cheese and heavy cream, cooking until the cream cheese melts. Stir in garlic powder, paprika, cheese, salt, and pepper until the sauce is creamy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and cooked sausage. Pour the cheese sauce over them and stir until everything is evenly coated.
