1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 cup of almond flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
2 large eggs
½ cup of buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, letting the excess drip off; then dredge it in the almond flour mixture until well coated. Lay them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cauliflower wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While they’re baking, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl.
Once the cauliflower is crispy, pour the buffalo sauce over them and toss gently to coat. Return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
