  • 2 cups cooked pulled pork
  • ½ cup low-carb BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños, red onions, or cilantro for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and almond flour. Microwave for about 30 seconds, stir, then microwave again until melted (about another 30 seconds).
  • Once cheese is melted, add the egg, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
  • Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it into a circle or rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.

  • While the crust is baking, heat up the pulled pork in a pan over low heat and stir in the BBQ sauce until well coated.
