1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan or use a silicone donut mold.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill each donut cavity about 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
Let the donuts cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
