  • Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Make sure it’s hot enough, so the chicken sizzles upon hitting the pan.
  • Add the diced chicken breast, seasoning with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden and cooked through (around 5-7 minutes).
  • Once the chicken is cooked, toss in the diced onion and garlic. Sauté them together for about 2-3 minutes until the onions become translucent.
