1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar (24 oz) pizza sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup sliced pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey, breaking it up as it cooks until cooked through.
Stir in the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
Add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing until the beef is well coated.
