1 pound of ground beef
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
2 cups of marinara sauce
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
8–10 wooden skewers
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
