  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana, sliced (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the butter mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  • Roll the dough into small balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Using the bottom of a small glass or your fingers, lightly press each ball to flatten, creating an indentation in the center.

  • Beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
