2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
1 cup of fresh lime juice (about 6 limes)
1/4 cup of sugar
1–2 teaspoons of Tajín seasoning
2 cups of ice
1 cup of cold water
Extra Tajín and lime wedges for garnish
Blend the mango: In a blender, combine the diced mango, sugar, lime juice, cold water, and half of the Tajín seasoning. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency: If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water or mango juice until you reach your desired consistency.
Add ice: Add the ice to your blender and pulse until the ice is crushed but not completely melted.
Assemble: In a glass, layer the mango mixture and sprinkle a bit of Tajín on top.
Garnish: Top with a lime wedge and a sprinkle of Tajín.
