2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ cup buttermilk
2 large eggs
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
