- 250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 150g Boursin cheese (garlic & herb)
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50ml chicken broth
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and cook the chicken until golden brown.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in Boursin cheese, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Cook until smooth.
- Toss in the cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
