  • 1 can (8 oz) of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of provolone cheese, shredded

  • Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients by having all of them prepped and within reach.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the thinly sliced steak, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 3-5 minutes). Remove it from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until softened.
  • Return the cooked steak to the skillet and mix with the onions and peppers. Cook further for 2 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent rolls on a lightly floured surface or parchment paper.
  • Spoon a generous amount of the steak and veggie mixture onto the wider end of each crescent triangle, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and roll them up tightly.
