  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 500 grams of beef (chuck or flank steak)
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 400 grams of diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 250 ml of beef broth

  • Instructions

  • Sauté onions and bell peppers in the cooker until they’re soft and fragrant.
  • Add the beef to the cooker and brown it on all sides.
  • Sprinkle in the spices along with the diced tomatoes and some broth. Stir everything well.
  • Seal the lid and set the cooker to high pressure. Cook until the meat is tender.
  • Carefully release the pressure, shred the beef inside the pot.
  • Mix everything together and serve warm over rice or in tortillas.
