  • 1 cup mozzarella balls or cubed feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (or parsley)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
