1 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup of medjool dates, pitted

1/4 cup of maple syrup or agave syrup
1 cup of fresh raspberries
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a food processor, combine rolled oats, shredded coconut, medjool dates, almond butter, and maple syrup. Blend until the mixture starts to stick together.
Add vanilla extract and salt to the mixture. Pulse to incorporate.
