- 400g (1 lb) ground beef
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup beef broth
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in the potatoes, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth, cover, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra richness, add shredded cheese on top before serving.
- Swap beef for ground turkey for a leaner option.
