2 pieces (6 oz each) of Beef fillet
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
2 tablespoons (grated) of Fresh horseradish
1 cup of Sour cream
1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
2 tablespoons (finely chopped) of Chives
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, grated horseradish, chopped chives, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.
Pat the beef fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned beef fillets and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Transfer the cooked beef fillets to a plate and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Let them rest for 5 minutes.
Plate the beef fillet and generously drizzle the zesty horseradish cream over the top.
