  • 2 pieces (6 oz each) of Beef fillet
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons (grated) of Fresh horseradish
  • 1 cup of Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons (finely chopped) of Chives

  • Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, grated horseradish, chopped chives, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.
  • Pat the beef fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
