2 cups of fresh watermelon, cubed
1 cup of cantaloupe, cubed
1 cup of honeydew melon, cubed
1 banana, preferably frozen
1 cup of coconut water
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup
Optional: a handful of fresh mint leaves
Prepare your melons: Start by cubing your watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew.
Frozen banana prep: If you haven’t frozen your banana yet, slice it and pop it in the freezer for at least an hour.
