  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Extra lemon wedges for serving

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Clean your whole fish if it’s not already; rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
