8 large eggs
1 pound of breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for greasing the pan

Flour tortillas or wraps (6-8)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
