4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
3 tablespoons of za’atar spice blend
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together za’atar, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
