1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of water (for red layer)

1/2 cup of vodka
Instructions
Prepare the base: Start with the water to mix with the gelatin. Heat it on the stove until it’s steaming.

Add flavoring: Pour in the vodka and stir everything together until combined.
Fill cups: Carefully pour the blue mixture into your cups, filling them about a third of the way. Chill them in the fridge until set.
Make the white layer: In another pot, heat water and dissolve the unflavored gelatin. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vodka.
Layer the white mixture: Carefully spoon the white mixture over the blue layer in the cups. Return the cups to the fridge until set again.
