Description
Celebrate with our 4th of July Swirl Pie, a flavor-packed creation that brings festive delight to your holiday gatherings! Enjoy the taste explosion!
1 pie crust
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
blue food coloring
red food coloring
Prepare the pie crust by rolling it out and fitting it into the pie dish. Trim any excess and crimp the edges.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whip together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in vanilla and stir well. Then, divide the mixture into three bowls.
In one bowl, mix in the blue food coloring. In the second bowl, add red food coloring. Leave the third bowl plain.
Spoon the fillings into the pie crust, alternating between the colors: start with blue, then white, then red, repeating until you run out of space.
Use a knife to gently swirl the colors together for a fun and colorful design on top.
Place the pie in the preheated oven and let it bake until set, approximately 45 minutes.
Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. Chill in the fridge for extra firmness, if desired.
