1 lb of Bok Choy
2 tablespoons of Fresh Ginger, minced
3 cloves of Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of Red Chili Flakes
3 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon of Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon of Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon of Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Bok Choy by washing it thoroughly under running water. Slice it into halves or quarters.
To make the Ginger Chili Sauce, combine minced ginger, garlic, red chili flakes, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey or maple syrup in a medium bowl and whisk together until mixed.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a splash of sesame oil and then the bok choy. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until it starts to wilt.
Add the prepared ginger chili sauce to the skillet and stir well to coat the bok choy. Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove the bok choy from heat, transfer it to a serving dish, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
