Ingredients

500 grams of chicken, cut into chunks
200 grams of yogurt
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
2 teaspoons of cumin powder
2 teaspoons of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Instructions
In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and all your spices.
Cut the chicken into chunks and put them in the marinade. Make sure each piece gets coated well.
Cover the bowl and let the chicken sit. If you can, let it marinate for a few hours or overnight for the best flavor.
Heat your grill or oven before cooking.
Put the marinated chicken on skewers or directly on the grill. Cook until it’s browned and cooked through.
