  • 500 grams of chicken, cut into chunks
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons of coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

  • Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and all your spices.
  • Cut the chicken into chunks and put them in the marinade. Make sure each piece gets coated well.
