1 cup of cookie butter
4 oz of cream cheese, softened
2 cups of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
8 oz of chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie butter and softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Gradually sift in the powdered sugar and mix well. Add the vanilla extract and mix until everything is combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Once chilled, roll rounded tablespoons of the mixture into balls.
Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Using a fork, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and let the excess drip off. Add toppings if desired.
