1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning

In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the shrimp. Cook them for about 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
While your shrimp are cooling, grab a cutting board and chop your celery and onion.
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Stir well until it’s smooth and creamy.
Once the shrimp are cool enough to handle, chop them into bite-sized pieces. Toss the shrimp, diced celery, and red onion into the bowl with the dressing. Mix until everything is nicely coated.
