Quick & easy Crockpot ravioli lasagna for busy nights. Savor layers of pasta, cheese, and sauce in this delightful dinner that simplifies mealtime.
Ingredients
Scale
1 package (25-30 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
2 cups marinara sauce
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
Start by loading up your crockpot with a layer of marinara sauce—just enough to cover the bottom, about 1 cup.
Next, invite a layer of frozen ravioli to the party. Just toss them in there; no need to thaw!
Take another layer of sauce and spoon it over the ravioli.
In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Once well-combined, dollop it over the ravioli layer.
Generously sprinkle a cup of mozzarella cheese over the ricotta.
Repeat layers: ravioli, sauce, dollops of ricotta, and mozzarella until all ingredients are used. Finish with mozzarella and sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
Put the lid on your crockpot and set it to cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high for about 2-3 hours.
Check that the cheese is melty and bubbling before serving.
