3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 inch piece of ginger, grated
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped
Rice or noodles, to serve
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients. Ensure your beef is thinly sliced against the grain for tenderness.
In a medium bowl, combine sliced beef, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
In a large skillet or wok, heat on high heat until it starts to smoke slightly. Add a tablespoon of oil and swirl to coat. Add the marinated beef in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes.
Once the beef is browned, remove it from the skillet and set aside. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and toss in the bell peppers and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
Return the beef to the skillet, adding in any remaining marinade. Stir everything together for another minute until hot.
Serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
