  • 12 large Fresh Medjool Dates
  • 4 oz of Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 oz of Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
  • ½ cup of Walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese and grated parmesan cheese. Mix them gently with a fork, seasoning with a pinch of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  • Carefully open each date, remove the pit, and fill it with the cheese mixture.
  • In a small frying pan over medium heat, drizzle in the olive oil, add the chopped walnuts, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until golden. Stir in the honey to coat the walnuts.
  • Place stuffed dates on a lined baking sheet and drizzle remaining honey-walnut mixture over them. Bake for 10 minutes until warm and caramelized.
  • Let the dates cool slightly, transfer to a platter, and garnish with walnuts or honey. Enjoy!
